Regarding Scheduled Reports, we identified the cause of the issue, and our Engineers have developed a fix for this which was part of the most recent myairops flight release. I am please to say that this has now been deployed to your environment, and the issue has been successfully resolved.

We have uncovered an issue where for some customers, Scheduled Reports are being created and being sent out more frequently than configured. In some cases, this is leading to a Scheduled Report being sent out multiple times per week or per day, where the frequency should be less.
We have identified the cause of the issue, and our Engineers are working to fix this. A fix will follow in an upcoming myairops flight release. In the interim, this issue can be mitigated by ensuring that your Scheduled Report has a defined Start Date for the schedule.
The next update will include details of when the fix will be deployed to your myairops flight environment.
